Delivery Information

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We at appreciate and value that receiving your items quickly is of utmost importance to you, so we make every single effort to process your order promptly.


We ship throughout the week during regular working hours except Saturday/Sunday/Public holidays/riots/natural calamities/other special events (which are excluded to prevent the lag in shipments), but be rest assured, whatever be the terminus, we would be packing our products well so that they do not spoil.


Once dispatched, we will provide you the tracking id and you would be able to track the shipments through our logistic partner website.


Please ensure you have someone to receive the package at the shipping location. Our logistic partners will try to contact the customers over phone in case the package cannot be delivered in the first attempt and finalise the time for the second attempt of delivery. In 7 days period, from the date of 1st attempt, 2 attempts are made.



Delivery of the product usually takes 7 to 10 working days (depending on your location), after placement of the order and successful payment. Working days do not include Saturday and Sunday. We have tied up with some of the most reputed logistics companies to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in least possible time, safeguarding the freshness of the product and your enthusiasm. Our logistics partner would endeavor to deliver the consignment to the specific geographic location serviced by them.(Please refer to the pin code to check the covered locations). Currently our foreign (outside India) friends need kindly to wait, till we start the overseas shipment.

We at SRP Enterprises sites/services are eager to deliver your products in least time possible. However, our endeavors are at times constrained by factors like: public holidays, climatic condition, unforeseen events, traffic conditions, riots and other special events. Nevertheless, we will always attempt to complete the delivery as early as possible and keep you updated in case of any changes. SRP Enterprises sites/services cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.

Please note that the courier partners would be calling you on the phone number mentioned in case they cannot find the address. Request you to please receive the phone in such a case or call them back as soon as you can in case you have missed their call.

Please note that in case the customer is not available at the location during the delivery attempts made by the courier company then Bangla Konnection will not be responsible for a replacement of the products or for the refund of the money, in case there is any spoilage or damage due to this reason of delay.

Products will be delivered to the address mentioned by the customer while placing the order. For easy identification and prompt delivery, the customer needs to provide full address along with a mention of any nearest landmark, pin code number and telephone number for all shipments booked.  SRP Enterprises or its logistics partners will not responsible for delays/non delivery/missed delivery of an order if the address mentioned is incorrect/incomplete.  SRP Enterprises sites/services will not be responsible or accountable for any consequential/special or any other kind of loss or damage/delay direct to the consignment or consequential, caused due to incorrect/incomplete address, incorrect contact number, non availability of consignee during delivery of products within the courier company's timeline of delivery or any ACT OF GOD, such as any natural calamity, or FORCE MAJEURE, which shall include accidents,war, commotion,riot, strike, Local/Political disruptions, Air/Rail/Road Disruptions/Delay, mechanical problems to modes of transport or machinery or patent defects or inherent vice in the contents of the consignment or any other cause whatsoever beyond the control and scope of SRP Enterprises sites/services or even if we had knowledge or anticipated that such damages or loss might arise. No claim for loss/damage/delay/refund/replacement will be entertained by SRP Enterprises sites/services in such events. Certain items being shipped would be perishable in nature.It is the sole responsibility of the customer to store it appropriately under proper refrigeration immediately post receipt. Degradation of product quality due to failure or delay under above mentioned condition will not be attributable to SRP Enterprises sites/services and SRP Enterprises sites/services will not be eligible for any refund or replacements if informed later than 6 hours of product delivery. In the event that non-delivery of a consignment occurs on account of a mistake or fault of yours or any other conditions as mentioned above; any extra cost incurred by SRP Enterprises sites/services for re-delivery shall be claimed from you and you will be legally bound to pay it.

SRP enterprises will not be responsible for refund of the monetary value of the products in case of spoilage/damage due to delay in delivery because of non availability of the respective consignee at the registered address provided by the consignee to Bangla Konnection and/or non responsiveness by the respective consignee at the registered phone number provided to Bangla Konnection by the consignee within two delivery attempts made by the courier partner. The delivery attempts would be informed to Bangla Konnection following which the courier partner would return the products back to Bangla Konnection's office at Kolkata.

Bangla Konnection reserves the right to choose to serve/not serve a customer and fulfill their orders. If in case such a situation arises that a customer's order is being cancelled from our side we will immediately process a refund of the entire amount back to the customer's account and also intimate the customer on the same.
