Cancellation
& Refund Policy Cancellation Policy:
Bangla Konnection reserves the right to choose to cancel a customer's orders on Bangla Konnection's own accord. If in case such a situation arises that a customer's order is being cancelled from our side we will immediately process a refund of the entire amount back to the customer's account and also intimate the customer on the same.
Our firm’s main motive is to give an unmatched service to the customer and we believe in helping our customers to the farthest extent, and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. Keeping the convenience of the customer in mind, we have formulated easy, hassle free cancellation and refund policy.If, however, unfortunately you have to cancel or change an order, you need to send a WhatsApp message to 9620545954 stating your Order ID within 48 hours of order placement.
Refund Policy:
If
you change/cancel your order before your ordered items have been procured:Acceptance of a cancellation request is at the sole
discretion of SRP Enterprises sites/services. If your request is accepted by
us, we will either change the item or refund the entire amount (as the
situation may be) without deducting any processing charges. Any changes or
cancellation of order, post the threshold hour mentioned above, will not be
entertained.If
you cancel your order after your ordered items have been shipped:Unfortunately, we
will not be able to refund the amount in this caseKindly note – We expect that any customer do not indulge in
fraudulent transaction. If any such transaction by any customer or any
transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website is
suspected, we reserve our sole discretion to cancel such orders. We will also
preserve a negative list of all such fraudulent transactions and customers and
would subsequently deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.Refunds will be processed
in the same manner in whichthe payment is received. The same will be done
within 14 working days (Bank working days) from the date of cancellation of
order.Following
scenario may arise for refund – 1. Incase we
are unable to deliver the ordered items: On
a highly unlikely situation that we are unable to deliver the ordered items, we
will contact you and incase you want a refund, we will refund the entire
amount. Alternately, we can deliver some other item that is available of an
equivalent value, post your concurrence.2. Product
delivered is a different listed item from what you have ordered: In
such case first accept our apologies. Let us know immediately by sending an
email to customersupport@banglakonnection.com
mentioning your Order Id and tell us if you want a refund or an exchange. 3. Packaging
is tampered with or damaged before delivery:Please
email us at customersupport@banglakonnection.com
stating your Order ID latest within 24 hours of
accepting the package. However, we will
request you for the pictures of the shipment and individual pictures of the
boxes along with the delivery person.These pictures will be provided to the
food vendors and/or the courier partner as per the case, within 48 hours of
shipment delivery. If the claim is found genuine by us, the food vendor and/or
the courier partner, we will initiate replacement of the same. We will replace
it with a fresh package at no extra cost. There will be no refund, however,
under any circumstances in this case. 4. Ordered
item are spoilt when received (applicable to only perishable products):
While we have taken all possible steps to ensure the products reach you in a
proper state, in the unfortunate event that the items reaches you spoilt,
please contact us immediately at customersupport@banglakonnection.com
mentioning your Order Id. In such scenario, either we will refund the entire
amount to you, if you want, or send you your ordered items once again at no
extra cost subject to the following conditions.Ü Since
these are essentially perishable food items, you need to inform us within 6
hours of delivering the items. If you inform us after 6 hours from delivery of
the item, we will not be able to process the request. Ü If
there is delay in receipt because it could not be delivered at the first
attempt due to non-availability at home, we will NOT be responsible for the
items getting spoil and no refund or replacement will be processed.Ü In
case a delivery rescheduling is requested after the products are already
shipped, we will not be processing the request and we will not be responsible
in such case if ordered items perish. There will be no refund or replacement in
this case. At

In case of apparels: Refunds and returns of apparels purchased from Bangla Konnection would be accepted only in case of physical damage of the product or a manufacturing defect in the product when it is received by the customer. In such a case the customer would need to send Bangla Konnection a mail with an image of the defective product highlighting the area of the damage within 24 hours of delivery of the same. Refunds and returns would not be entertained in cases of subjective debate between the customer and Bangla Konnection on the material, colour or quality perceived by the customer of the product.
Kindly note: Bangla Konnection is not liable for undelivered orders if the address provided by the customer is incorrectAll disputes shall be settled under the rules of a court of law in Bangalore only
