Brewing Note for Assam Darjeeling Blend Tea:
1. Bring fresh water to first boil at 90°C
2. Add one flat teaspoon full for each person to the water in a porcelain pot.
3. After adding the Tea leaves shut the furnace. Cover the container with a lid for about 2 mins. 4. Strain it into the pot, add a little milk (1 tea spoon per cup Approx) + sugar to taste
