Brewing Note for Roasted Tea:
1. Bring fresh water to first boil at 90°C in a porcelain pot. 2. Add one flat teaspoon full for each person to the boiling water. 3. After adding the tea leaves put off the furnace. Cover the pot with a lid for about 2 mins. 4. Strain the tea liquor into the tea cups Enjoy the roasted aroma!
