These authentic Langda mangoes from Bengal are a specialty during the summer season. Just the aroma of these special mangoes would draw you into the nostalgia of the summer season.

These Langda mangoes are air shipped from our farms in Kolkata. We ship 9 pieces in a box which weight between 2.5kg to 3kg approximately. Kindly note that since these are naturally occurring products their weights are bound to vary.

Disclaimer 
# Mangoes are farm product being plucked from various tress, so shapes and sizes of each mango may differ
# Once received we recommend that they be immediately refrigerated since Langda is an extremely delicate product and these are being shipped over a long distance
# Before eating the juicy mangoes it is recommended that they be submerged completely in water for approximately 1-2 hrs
 
Refund and Returns
# In the unfortunate event that any mango / mangoes reach you in rotten condition, we are going to refund you the money on per piece basis where per piece is price is Rs. 52
# On a highly unlikely situation where we are unable to deliver the ordered items, we will refund you the amount for the mangoes

# To process the refund, you are requested to send us a Whatsapp on 9620545954  stating the problem / issue along with the photograph of the shipment / item and individual pictures of the mangoes within 24 hours upon receipt of the products.

Our team will study the merit of the request and reply back to you within 48 hours. Please Note that - 

 a) Photograph of the spoilt/damaged mangoes is a must
 b) Since Mango is a perishable product, the request mail has to be done within 24hrs from receipt of the items. 
 c) Any Refund decision lies at the sole discretion of SRP Enterprises. Management decision is final.
 
# Mangoes being perishable product, following are the conditions on which we cannot process the refunds:
 
1. In case of WRONG address and/or WRONG pincode given, WRONG contact number, address not traceable 
2. In case the door is found locked, customer not available based on the reports given by our courier partners.
