Aamshotto, an authentic Bengali version of the traditional Indian Aam Papad,a sweet and tangy delicacy made out of mango pulp and then sun-dried. A heart-throb for any authentic Bengali, the Aamshotto, reeking of nostalgia, can be used in an array of dishes or can be eaten simply as a candy.
